This profile includes a combination of support on architecture & design side of the product
Desired Profile:
Knowledge of Operating System (Windows / Linux)
Practical knowledge on TCP IP
CCNA certification or course would be given an additional advantage
Should have skills to troubleshoot technical issues
Good Knowledge of Modems, Routers, ISPs, Ping, File Types, etc.
Communication Skills -
Candidates with exceptionally excellent English communication Skills (Written & Verbal) only are eligible here
