Job Description:
Will visit customer site and service the machine and solve the problem.
Will perform annual maintenance for machine on customer request.
Will visit and commission the new machine on instruction.
Will be responsible for providing spares with comprehensive technical pre-sales / post sales support to customers, and will keep track with customer and other offices.
Candidate is expected to attend to enquiries from Customers.
Candidate will be expected to prepare quotations and keep track of delivery & payment receipts.
Maintain and suggest inventory of spares.
Create & develop new business accounts.
Manage existing & new accounts.
Desired Profile:
I.T.I / Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Automobile).
Strong communication skills.
Experience
Fresher & 1-2 years experience
