Technical Recruiter will perform following duties:-
Searching Candidates from various Jobsites such as Monster/Dice and company database.
Matching resumes with requirements.
Interviewing candidates to judge their fit for the position.
Submitting suitable candidates to the clients.
Should be able to work in Night Shifts
Desired Profile:
Should have outstanding communication skills.
Should be willing to work in US Shift (Night shift)
Should have Knowledge and passion to work in recruitment.
Should have at least 60% in all the academics.
