Job Description:
Reporting directly to our Chief Strategy Officer in charge of HR operations, this position will play an integral and important role in Net Solutions' HR team located in Chandigarh, India.
On this position, you will provide coordination and general support in the areas of recruiting, compensation, training, employee relations, and benefits in addition to other general HR related areas.
Specifically, your responsibilities may include the following:
Recruitment and Selection
Induction and Orientation
Separation Management
Attendance and Leave Management
Assisting in Performance Management
Training and Development
Report Generation
Managing other day to day HR activities.
Desired Profile:
Organised and good at handling multiple priorities with great attention and detail
Experience in recruitment using multiple recruiting sources, including cold calling, databases, networking, etc.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong written and verbal English language skills
