You will reach out to employees in some of India's biggest and best corporates in comfortable workplaces.
Instead of making well-to-do people buy more clothes and perfumes or take yet another credit card they do not need,
you will use your sales skills to persuade people to contribute to worthy causes and use their power to make a big difference to the lives of the less fortunate.
Desired Profile:
Candidates must have direct sales experience.
Those who don't have direct sales experience but are willing to explore a career in frontline sales may also apply.
Freshers with an interest in sales as a career and with excellent communication skills can also apply.
About the Company:
Our mission is to promote a culture of efficient and effective "giving" for the poor in India. We are India's first online "philanthropy exchange", that allows donors to donate directly to NGOs of their choice, working on their favourite cause (education, health, disability, etc.) in any part of India. We are 7 years old and we currently channel Rs15 crores p.a., in over 30,000 individual donations to over 150 NGOs all over India. Our team of staff and volunteers includes professionals from IIMs, IITs, IRMA, TISS and our Board includes the Chairman/MD of ICICI Bank, Thermax, CII, Tata Industries and a reputed mgt consultant.
GiveIndia runs a Payroll Giving Programme in leading companies like NDTV, Star TV, Zee TV, HSBC, HDFC Bank, ICICI Group, KPMG, Nicholas Piramal and several others. We drive the charity aspect of the Mumbai Marathon and the Delhi Half Marathon and have provided philanthropy consulting to a range of companies like MphasiS, Taj Hotels, Godrej Sara Lee, FirstSource, etc.
