Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
Strong experience in recruitment.
Should have experience working with direct client and third party.
Should have background with handling all aspects of recruitment (identifying, qualifying, negotiating, managing, and closing).

Expertise in using Job sites like Dice , JobUSA , Monster etc.
Should be aware of all the current and latest technologies related to IT

Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
