Job Description:
Monitor and ensure timely and prompt technical assistance to Head Office and all the branch systems.
Attends to all technical issues assigned by Helpdesk.
Follows standard troubleshooting procedures while attending to issues, and escalation are promptly made as required by the problem management process.
Provides resolution of all issues in a permanent manner, by co-ordinating with other IT Support/ development teams, through the IT Helpdesk.
Installs in a timely manner all O/S, proprietary software, anti-virus software, and other utilities & tools after receiving notification from Helpdesk or manager Systems.
Provides all details required for monitoring IT Readiness status.
Sends daily update report on root cause analysis of all issues attended.
Updates technology inventory status across all branches.
Desired Profile:
Educational Qualifications : Graduate
Skills / Capabilities : Basic knowledge of troubleshooting hardware/software/networking issues.
Good communication skills in local language. Good interpersonal skills.
Hard-working and willing to travel in and around all locations of a zone.
Should understand the expectations from a process driven environment.
Should be willing to travel to HO for training/appraisal process as and when called upon.
Should have successfully completed at least one recognized course in hardware networking areas. Should be able to explain basic fundamentals of PC design and assembly. Should understand the different types of networking topologies and should have practical experience in setting-up/troubleshooting the same.
