We have an urgent opening for the post of Executive- HR at our office based in Noida.
Candidate must (only Females preferred) have a MBA/PG diploma in HR
Excellent knowledge of application of MS Excel tools.

Desired Profile:
Assist the HR manager in implementing PMS & rewards & recognition programs
Communicate the guidelines for use of various appraisal forms for different levels of employees
Coordinate with functional heads to ensure timely completion of appraisal
