Job Description:
To generate and monitor performance of Sales team by tracking daily targets vs achievements.
Coordinate with HO team for any support required by Field Sales team.
To communicate schemes, new policies and any other developments to all channel partners.
Other tasks to support the Business Plan as and when required including working extra hours if req to ensure company business objectives are met.
Provide periodic MIS reports along with analysis and inputs.
Assist National sales head in day to day activities.
Responsible for communicating with the database of retailers.
Responsible for increasing customer satisfaction.
Engage & manage the relationships at appropriate levels with retailers.
Should generate Daily Sales Report in excel sheet.
Desired Profile:
Graduate in any discipline
Proficient with MS Office, (excel,word,power point)
Accomplished communicator with proven competence in handling complex communication, and responding to the same using tact and judgment
Ability to develop a keen judgment of organizational priorities
Able to speak read and write fluently in English with excellent command over the English language
Organized worker with ability to prioritize and multi task
Good Communication Skills
Languages to be known: – Hindi, Marathi, English
Should have knowledge of Operating Systems like MS-Excel, MS-Word.
