Job Description:
We require Customer Service executive for regional language desk for domestic process. Candidate will be responsible for
Build good relationship with customer and renew their product services
Handling outbound calls
To ensure customer satisfaction
Desired Profile:
Candidate must be between 20- 35 years of age.
Candidate must have good convincing power, must be confident.
Must be fluent in Punjabi / Gujrati / Bengali / Oriya / Marathi /south Indian language.
English speaking not mandatory, morning shift with 6 days working
Experienced candidates will be preferred.
