Job Description:
To meet monthly membership targets (individual and team)
To drive health club membership sales by:
Generating leads, identifying prospects and creating a qualified database
Continuously building & maintaining the database of prospects & customers
Identifying prospect needs and develop specific proposals along with pricing & other terms
Building & maintaining a relationship with every prospect through regular emails, telephone calling & visits
Reaching out to existing members and enlarging the contact base e.g. arranging meetings with members to prospect for new memberships
MIS: tracking and monitoring progress by regular reporting & follow-ups
Independently developing processes to obtain leads
Working closely with Zela's exiting members to leverage prospects
Listening to prospect needs & requirements and presenting appropriately to convert a prospect to a member
Advising members on forthcoming product/ services developments and discussing special promotions;
Maintain up-to-date pipelines and forecasts
To review your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
To attend team meeting and share best practice with colleagues
