Job Description:
Responsible for Coordinating all the administration and training courses.
Create & Maintain the Master training table and publish the schedule daily.
Preparing presentations and training materials as directed and sending out confirmations to attendees and feedback forms afterwards.
Maintaining training attendance tracker.
Liaising with the Field for all training related issues and schedule On-Demand Training.
General administrative support tasks
Assist the Training Manager in creating a weekly/Monthly Dashboard to measure the efficacy of the training conducted
This position is for a contract of 3 months.However , based on the performance of 3 months the candidate might be absorbed within the organization.
