To Follow The Norms Required maintaining Quality Standards and cooperating with the QA Team during Audits.
To Attend Daily Team Briefings
Strictly Follow The SLA While Making External Communication
Responsible For Attending/Making Calls As Per Project Requirement
Responsible For Effective Communication With The End Customer As Per Project Requirement (UK, US Etc Accent)
Desired Profile
Excellent communication skills with clear & neutral accent
Comfortable working in a voice process
1-2 yrs experience in AR follow up (RCM)
Flexibility to work in a 24x7 work environment
