Functional Area : ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

Work Location Ahmedabad

Responsibilities
Managing a team of 10-15 Customer service Agents.
Ensuring that the service / cross sell / upsell targets are met, standards are maintained.
Ensuring high level of motivation in the team.
Focus on service quality and resolution on customer queries.
Ensuring compliance for all processes executed in the team.
Data Analysis.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service environment, preferably on phones or in the related field, is required for this position.
Candidates with background in Credit Cards business would be preffered. Also Candidates with past experience in Customer servicing with telecom Companies and Banks or other Domestic./International BPO's with Team Management experience would be preffered.
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
