Desired Profile:
Technical skills
Core PHP, MySQL (6 months to 3 years
A sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS libraries like the jquery, mootools
For senior positions, exposure and proven experience in applications like Drupal, Joomla, WP, ECommerce applications, Google APIs, YouTube APIs, Payment gateways, Facebook apps, Twitter apps, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Zend Frameworks
Ability to enhance learning over time
Capable of migrating from one application to another

Professional Background
B.Tech. or MCA candidates required with 70% in the qualifying examination (Cut off percentage can be wavered if the candidate shows sufficient knowledge in technical interview)

Senior Software Engineers must have at least 1.5 years experience and proven work record
Team Leads should be able to demonstrate planning capabilities
Group Leads should have experience of leading a team of at least 5 developers on multiple projects.
