Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 1 year to 5 years of experience in IT staffing industry recruiting technical professionals.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in developing business in USA with list of existing client contacts and ability to develop new placement opportunities right away is a great plus.
• Understanding of visa statuses such as H1-B, H4, L1, L2, EAD, OPT, F1, TN, Etc and tax terms C2C (Corp-Corp), 1099, W2 hourly, W2 employee (Salaried and percentage) and immigration process H1b Transfer, I-140, I-485, Premium & Normal processing, EB2, EB3, GC Processing.
• Experience understanding client job requirements and identifying avenues to find and search suitable candidates
• Experience technically qualifying the candidates through stringent interview process and preparing candidates for client interviews

• Develop new clients and business accounts for IT staffing and contract placement business in USA
• Understand customer job requirements
• Proactively identify the best suitable candidate for client requirements
• Technically qualify candidates through stringent interview process
• Prepare candidates for client interviews
• Be creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep active database ready for client requirements
Good command over English (speak and write) experience in handling vendors and familiars with IT market.
