Job Description:
Taking requirements from the clients.
Sources active candidates from various resources including: online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals
Sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and Internet research, etc.
Screens all candidates for qualifications, interest level, compensation, relocation needs, and availability, etc.
Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background.
Based on the clients requirements screening the resumes and judging the candidate to meet the particular requirement.
After the candidate is through with the initial technical round, putting across the client.
After the candidate is selected by the client negotiating with the candidate regarding the joining date and salary.

You will have a professional approach and have the ability to work at all levels upto Board.
You will be an ambitious individual with a strong character.
You will work both within the team but have the motivation to work on your own initiative.
You will have the ability to work to a fast pace within a target driven environment.
Excellent verbal, written, computer, and social media communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in presentation, and technical research skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to cultivate and manage positive and productive business relationships.
