1. 3. Jr. Executive (ATC)Engineering Degree in Electronics / Tele Communication / Radio Engg. /IT/ Electrical with Specialization in Electronics with 1st Class (50% for SC/ST) OR M.Sc Degree or its equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engg. as a special Subject with 1st Class (50% for SC/ST) OR Post Graduate Degree in Physics / Mathematics/ Computer Science or equivalent with 1st Class (50% for SC/ST)

  1. The selection shall be made on the basis of a written test/interview for the post of Managers/Jr. Executive and for Sr. Asstt. (Elex). Voice Test to be conducted for Manager (ATC) & Jr. Executive (ATC) at the time of interview.
  1. Upper age limit is relexable by 5 years.
  2. No application fee.
  3. Candidates not working in Govt./Autonomous Body /PSU will be paid second class rail fare for interview only by shortest route as per AAI rules.

  2. OBC certificates should be in the proper format prescribed by the Government of India for Government Services. Caste certificate should be in the prescribed form circulated by Ministry of Personnel & Training Public Grievances and pensions, Department of Pers. & Training, Govt. of India, and must specifically certify that the candidate does not belong to the Persons/Section (Creamy layer) mentioned Col. 3 of the Schedule of the Govt. of India, Department of Pers. & Training O.M.No. 36012/22/93-Estt. (SCT) dated 08.09.1993.
  1. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years to all candidates who had originally been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.80 to 31.12.89.

The concessions are subject to attested copy of certificates as proof of belonging to SC/ST/OBC and other categories from a Competent Authority in the format prescribed by Government of India at the time of interview.
  1. Women applicants are exempted from payment of application fee.
  1. Upper age limits is relaxable by 10 years for candidates who are in regular service of AAI.
  1. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  2. Before applying for the post, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned in the Advertisement. He/She may cross-check the information furnished in the application form before finally submitting the same as no correction would be possible later.
  3. The selected candidates for the posts of Manager (ATC) / Manager (Electronics) will have to undergo training upto one year and for Jr.Exeuctive (ATC) for 6 months during which they will be paid Basic Pay alongwith other admissible allowances attached to the scale of Manager and Jr.Executives. Candidates selected for the post of Sr. Asstt.(Electronics) shall be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.9000/- p.m. during the training period (upto 6 months).
  4. The candidates selected for the post of Manager (ATC)/ Manager (Elex) shall have to execute a Security Bond for an amount of Rs.6.00 Lacs to serve the Authority for a period of 3 years after completion of training.
  5. The candidates selected for the post of Jr. Executive (ATC) shall have to execute a security bond for an amount of Rs. 3.00 Lacs to serve the Authority for a period of 3 years after completion of training.
  6. The candidates selected for the post of Sr. Asstt. (Elex) shall have to execute a security bond for an amount of Rs.1.00 Lac to serve the Authority for a period of 2 years after completion of training.
  7. Besides basic pay DA, CCA, HRA other benefits such as Medical, LTC, Leave Encashment, Gratuity, PF, etc. admissible as per AAI rules also will be paid.
  8. Selected candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in India.
  9. Employees of Govt. /Public Sector Undertaking should produce NOC at the time of interview.
  10. The written test will be held at Delhi /Mumbai /Kolkata/Chennai / Guwahati /Allahabad /Ahmedabad/ Hyderabad/ Nagpur and Thiruvananthapuram. The number of centres can be reduced or increased depending upon number of candidates and in that case the candidates will be asked to appear other than centre specified by him/her.
  11. Decision of AAI in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents is to be produced for the purpose of the conduct of the examination, interview, selection and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and finding on the candidate. Management reserves the right to fix the standard specifications for screening the applications so as to restrict the number of candidates to be called for written test and / or interview.
  12. AAI reserves the right to modify/alter/restrict/enlarge/cancel the recruitment process to increase or decrease the number of posts to be filled, if need so arises, without issuing any further notice or assigning any further notice/any reasons thereafter. The decision of the Management will be final and no appeal will be entertained against this.
  13. The eligibility with respect to age, Education qualification, experience etc. will be determined as on 01.08.2010. Candidates who are awaiting their result of the qualifying examination or who have not passed the qualifying examination on or before 01.08.2010 are not eligible to apply.
  14. Person with disability (PWD) need not apply against the post of Manager (ATC) and Jr. Executive (ATC) , as these posts are not identified for them.
  15. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the written test.
  16. Securing at least 60% marks shall constitute First Class Degree wherever not prescribed.
  17. The eligibility under the category of persons with disabilities is for those persons having 40% or more disability.
  18. The persons with disabilities can be selected on merit against the unreserved vacancies.
  19. Any legal proceeding in respect of any dispute with regard to the recruitment against this advertisement can be instituted only in Delhi and Courts at Delhi only shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any such case/ dispute.

  1. Payment of application fee -
    a) Through DD (Demand Draft)/PO (Payorder) - Rs. 420 (Rs. 400 [Rupees four hundred only] for application fee + Rs. 20 for processing charges)
    b) Through Debit/Credit Card - Rs. 414.34 (Rs. 400 [Rupees four hundred only] for application fee + Rs. 14.34 for processing charges).
  2. Read instructions regarding payment and filing up of on-line applications form before on-line submission of application.
  3. Candidates who are not in the exempt category for payment of fee should make the payment through Credit/Debit card or the DD/PO at HDFC counter as per instruction given on website before submission of on-line application. The applications will be accepted on the website only when the payment details have been received.
  4. Candidate should create a valid e-mail id and give the same in the application form.
