Ref : P&T/08/02/MT Management Trainees	10(Ten) [Reserved for OBC-5 1 reserved for PH(HH)]	A degree in Science/ Commerce/ Arts/ Engineering/Computers/ Management of recognized University/ Institution of repute, preferably with an MBA. Applicants must have at least 60% marks throughout their academic career. However, candidate having min 55% marks in Honors/Masters/ Engg. Degree with 60% marks in all other predegree examinations will also be eligible. Relaxation of 5% in marks will be given to SC/ST & PH candidates.	Below 28 years of age as on 31.5.2010.	Freshers May apply

Emoluments :
Scale of pay during training : Rs. 12,600-32,500/- (min. gross Rs.19,000/-). On successful completion of training of one year, will be placed in the scale of Rs. 16,400-40,500/-

Bond : Selected candidates in the post of Management Trainee will be required to execute a Bond for Rs.50,000/- in favour of MSTC Ltd. to serve the Company for a period of at least 5 years.

Selection Process : For Management Trainees, selection will be based on Written Test, Group Task/Discussion and Interview.

Application Fee :
Demand Draft of Rs.250/- drawn in favour of MSTC Ltd, payable at Kolkata.No other mode of remittance will be accepted. SC/ST & PH candidates need not send any Demand Draft.
