To handle In-bound calls at the National Call Centre based in Chennai as per Service Standards set
To provide customer support for all classes of commercial / personal Insurance business of the company.
Servicing customer and attending to their needs and problems, providing solutions and suggestions.
To handle complaints as per defined process and SLAs
Any other day today tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Desired Profile:
Experienced professional with 1+ years experience at a Call Centre (Fresher are also welcome)
Excellent communication in oral & written skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (multi-lingual will be an added advantage)
Analytical & interpersonal skills
Positive & winning attitude
Good listener, empathetic to customer needs
Team player
